Diary Dates for September 2016

SEPTEMBER 1 to 7…VIRGO NEW MOON, SOLAR ECLIPSE, EARTHY ENERGY.

This fateful month begins with a solar eclipse and this is especially srong for those whose chart features Virgo or Pisces. The additional presence of fortunate expansive Jupiter in Virgo aligned with thinker Mercury, as well as Moon and Sun, means this IS the week to plan, scheme and dream. With Jupiter and Mercury, in practical Virgo, big ideas can be made manageable, so lay the ground now and return to it later.

SEPTEMBER 9 to 16…MUTABLE MAYHEM CLIMAX AS JUPITER LEAVES VIRGO

On September 9 Jupiter enters Libra, to remain there for a year. Months of fortunate flow-on from this new cycle will begin in November, but for now it is the Mutable Mayhem of Saturn in Sagittarius squaring off to Neptune in Pisces! This is the final stage of a challenging cycle that started in 2015, and can be described as wading through mental porridge…The best idea is to keep moving – which is the mutable motif – and do not linger in any anxious moments, recriminations, loss of confidence or just plain confusion. Grab the Saturn energy to do small and practical tasks, as these are a perfect counterpoint. If physical energy is low, choose to rest and do less. Take the simple path because the complications are close by!

SEPTEMBER 17 TO 23…PISCES FULL MOON, LUNAR ECLIPSE, EASIER TIMES

Yes this exciting and climactic Full Moon in Pisces is also an eclipse but not visible in NZ, due to daylight at 6:55 am. The various Australian time zones make it possible to see if you want to drag yourself out of bed pre-dawn. Be warned, a lunar eclipse is a slow affair.

Why are times easier now? Mostly because all the hard aspects are passing but also because the energy of Libra is now offered up by both Venus and Jupiter, with some dynamic support. September 23 is the Spring Equinox, which of course is when your Newsletter is due. Stay tuned for more about that Full Moon and the high potential of Equinox.
