***INTERESTING VENUS FACTS***
Did you know that, like the Moon, planet Venus has observable phases? For instance, the Moon right now is in a ‘waning’ – shrinking – phase, until it disappears at New Moon on May 25/26. Venus right now is in her nine-month phase as ‘Star of the Morning’. Through until late November, you can see Venus pre-dawn, rising in the East before the Sun, bright and beautiful. Then through December 2017 through to March 2018 she will be invisible – her ‘Underworld’ phase. After that, in March 2018 Venus will reappear, this time as the ‘Evening Star’, lighting up the western horizon, right after sunset. This phase too will last about nine months, and every one of us is born under one of these Venus phases. And it does make a difference…Further, in the subtle geometrics of her orbit, relative to Earth, Venus obeys the Fibonacci series and describes in the sky, a five petaled lotus shape, every eight years. No wonder she has inspired so many goddess mythologies, in so many ages. I never tire of seeking Venus through study, rituals, and my many Venus workshops.
